Helping Kids recover from ASD/Autism
This is my first blog, so just experimenting really with the idea. I have often wanted to publicise the fact that kids can make a good recovery from Autism with biomedical treatment and a range of accepted therapies. The "experts" like paeditricians recommend speech therapy which is fine as "part" of the overall scheme of treatment but for such a pervasive condition, a range of treatments is needed and the experience of helping 2 boys overcome much of their ASD traits, has proved to me that the traditional treatments only achieve limited improvements. Biomedical treatments PLUS ABA, PLUS speech therapy, PLUS good tutors gives the best results. A small percentage of kids will improve over time without much help but many will not and need a lot of help.
